E170 ANTIQUE EUROPEAN CAVALRY PALASH SWORD 18TH CENTURY [E170] 18th century European Cavalry Palash with long straight one-edged very wide and sharp blade with long fullers on both sides. This sword was also used during the time of American Revolutionary War. Details: superb quality, high carbon hand forged steel blade, brass basket hilt with double shell guard, wooden grip covered by leather. Overall length: 37 inches (94 cm) and the blade is 1 ½ inch wide. Condition: brass back piece covering the grip has old repair near the pommel.
