A very nice example of an authentic 19th century American frontiers powder horn.
DETAILS: made of hollowed–out horn of Bison /Buffalo with oval wood base secured with small brass pins.
CONDITION: overall in fine condition with smooth toned black – grey surfaces and rounded turned mouth and the stopper, retains an untouched lovely age patina.
MEASUREMENTS: overall length: 25,5 cm (10 inches). |
